Will I get to talk to Fatimah?
Yes, you will receive a 1:1 call with Fatimah each month for personalized and private support!
Can I join to help a family member?
You may support a family member with SCI and paralysis by watching the on-demand video lessons and downloading the meal plans that are provided as part of the program. However, the person with paralysis must be committed to the program and will be the only one allowed to join the calls and participate in the slack channel.
Is this right for me?
The program is designed specifically for adults who have SCI and paralysis. You must be 18+ to join the program. It doesn't matter how long it's been since your injury.
What happens after 3 months?
You will graduate from the program knowing that you have the knowledge and tools to continue flourishing on your own. You will continue to have access to the on-demand video library and the meal plans provided in the library. You may re-join the program at an alumni rate if you desire continued support; however, this is not necessary and most people will continue on their own.
